Certainteed warrants to the property owner that the vinyl siding, Soffit and accessory products are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship if installed according to our applicable specifications.The original property owner of a single family home receives 100% non-prorated coverage.Subsequent owners and others are covered by a 50-year pro-rated warranty

LP Siding

Engineered wood siding that offers natural beauty and durability.

LP Siding is treated with a proprietary process to resist fungal decay and termites, ensuring longevity and minimal maintenance.

Warranty

Options are a pro-rated 50 year limited warranty and arbitration agreement — exterior use. This cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold. Other option is prorated 50 year and 15 year limited warranty and arbitration agreement — exterior use. Also cannot be sold, transferred or assigned.
